Business Development Associate
This is a field sales & outreach role, not a property brokerage or real-estate agent position. You'll spend your day calling and meeting property owners, pitching XploreNew, and onboarding their Farm Houses, Resorts, Homestays and Venues onto our Property Management System — start to finish.
What the job actually looks like
Your primary responsibility is to identify property owners, contact them, explain XploreNew, convince them to list their properties, collect all required property information, and independently upload the complete listing onto the XploreNew platform. You own the onboarding journey end to end — from the first call until the property goes live.
Property Research
Identify Farm Houses, Resorts, Homestays, Guest Houses & Venues and their owners.
Daily Calling
Reach owners by phone and approved channels; explain XploreNew's benefits.
Host Onboarding
Convince owners to list and walk them through onboarding.
Info Collection
Gather property details, amenities, pricing, photos & contacts.
Platform Upload
Enter and upload the complete listing on the XploreNew platform.
Paid Listings
Pitch Paid Listing upgrades — incentives apply on conversion.
Daily Reporting
Log calls, leads, onboarded properties & Paid Listings for your BDM.
